Made from a selection of the best grapes harvested in the traditional manner to obtain the best quality at the reception. Subsequently, a gentle crushing and destemming is realized for obtaining a first class free-run juice. The fermentation process and control thereof occurs at low temperature, to facilitate the slow consumption of sugars and thus a higher extraction of aromas and qualities of the variety.

Once the fermentation is finished, the filtration, stabilization and bottling processes are carried out.

  • In nose, we can highlight aromas of tropical fruits like mango, passion fruit or apricot.
  • In mouth, it is very expressive with a great volume.
  • Perfect to accompany fishes, shelfish and cheese. Serve it at 9ºC.

Made from a selection of the best grapes harvested in the traditional manner to achieve the best quality at the reception. Subsequently, a gentle crushing and destemming is realized to obtain a first class free-run juice. The wine is elaborated through a long fermentation process at 13-14º in order to achieve the máximum organolectic expression.

Once the fermentation is finished, the filtration, stabilization and bottling processes are carried out.

  • MARQUES DE CASTILLA ROSADO is a wine of intense cherry red color with purple flashes, clean and bright.
  • Good intensity in nose, long and ripe with hints of red fruits like strawberries.
  • It has a good attack and balanced acidity with citric hints at the end that make this wine being very nice.
  • Perfect with seafood, rice, pasta and fish.
  • Serve at 7 - 8º C.

After crushing and destemming, it is being stored in stainless steel tanks, thus maintaining a maceration of several hours. The filtering, blending, estabilization and bottling starts immediately after concluding the fermentation.

  • MARQUES DE CASTILLA TINTO JOVEN is a cherry red colored wine with ruby flashes and purple shades.
  • Intense nose with reminiscences of ripe red fruit and currant, blackberry and plum.
  • Fresh and wide entry on the palate with a good attack, showing the fruit of high persistence and somewhat tannic finish. Balanced acidity, pleasant and intense aftertaste.
  • Perfect with white meats, rice and soft cheeses.

  • Good aromatic intensity, highlighting reminiscences of redcurrant and pepper as well as slight scents of leather and mint.
  • On the palate, it is well structured and fruity with traces of the sweet and soft tannins from the oak.
  • Perfect to acoompany meat, game meat and cheeses.
“Complexity and elegance”

Made from a selection of the best grapes coming from our oldest vineyards and collected in their optimal state of maturation. The Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties are processes separately at a stable temperature of 25ºC during the fermentation and a 5-day maceration.

Once the fermentation is finished, we carry out a brief ageing process during three months in half-toasted American oak casks giving complexity and elegance.

  • Good aromatic intensity, highlighting the balance between primary aromas to red fruits and secondary aromas to vanilla and typical toasted notes of the American oak.

    On the palate, it is round and well balanced, smooth but rotund. Sweet and soft tannins giving a very pleasant end.

Made from a selection of the best grapes coming from our oldest vineyards and collected in their optimal state of maturation. Through a smooth crushing and stripping process, we store the must in stainless steel tanks during several days in order to start the fermentation at a controlled temperature to insure the highest aromatic extraction as well as the best quality of the wine.

Once the fermentation is finished, we carry out the aging process during six months in half-toasted American oak casks giving a complex and singular personality to the wine thanks to the reduced oxygen passage through the pores of the wood. The following twelve months of rest in bottle allow the wine to get round with absence of oxygen.

  • Good aromatic intensity, highlighting the hints to black fruits and subtle notes of aromas to cocoa and vanilla mixed with the typical notes of the oak.
  • On the palate, it is well structured, wide and tasty with a good balance between fruit and tannins. Good acidity with a great persistence in the mouth.
  • Perfect to acoompany red meats, game, and fatty or cured cheeses as well as patés.

Made from a selection of the best grapes of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon, coming from our oldest, nearly centenary, vineyards and collected in their optimal state of maturation. The two varieties are received and processed separately.

Through a smooth crushing and stripping process, we store the must in stainless steel tanks during several days in order to start the fermentation at a controlled temperature to ensure the highest aromatic extraction as well as the best quality of the wine.

Once the fermentation is finished, we carry out the filtering, the stabilization, the blending, and finally the aging process during 12 months in half toasted American oak casks, giving a complex and singular personality to the wine thanks to the reduced oxygen passage through the pores of the wood. The following 24 months of rest in bottle allow the wine to get round with absence of oxygen and at the best temperature for an ecellent final result.
